| For security and comfort of other passengers, please use the reserved zones for prams, carts etc. | Do not distract the driver . | Be mindful of other passengers, and give up your seat to someone who may need it more than you. |

| Do not use mobile phones when in transit. As they affect the systems. | Stand by the exit when you are to alight. | Give sufifcient notice when using the button for your stop. |
Rights and Obligations:
PASSENGERS RIGHTS
To be transported and to be continued being transported in case of incident.
To be informed of the offered services, how it is given and modifications to the itineary.
To be treated in a respectful and proper way.
Make any pertinent claims in relation to the offered service and recieve an answer to any claims made.
PASSENGER OBLIGATIONS
To respect the minumum hygiene and health conditions.
Have a valid ticket for travel, and keep it to show.
It is obligatory to pay attention to employees' indications, signs and announcements.
Respect and make proper use of the facilities.
PROHIBITED
Travel without a valid ticket, or a falsified one.
Enter or exit the vehicle through the wrong door.
Enter the vehicle although being informed that it is full up.
Interfere with the opening or closing of the doors.
Distribute propaganda, flyers or sell products or services without express authorisation.
No smoking on the vehicules.
Bring animals except guide-dogs and domestic animals transported in special containers.
Bring dangerous or large objects or materials onto the bus except prams.
Any behaviour implying a danger to the passengers or to oneself.
FINES
To not comply with the passenger obligations you will be fined between 30€ to 276€.
To not comply with the the list of prohibitiones you wil be fined up to 1.382€.
